Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy is a clinical process, led by a licensed mental health professional, that focuses on diagnosing and treating psychological distress, past trauma or mental health conditions, often looking backward to understand and heal what's driving someone's present struggles.
If at any time I think you would be better served by a therapist, I will let you know.
